BadMars — Refund Policy
BadMars is operated by Nivobit Digital SRL. Payments made on our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, and a refund is executed through Paddle. Purchases made inside the BadMars mobile app are sold and processed by the app store (Apple or Google) as merchant of record for those purchases — see “Purchases made in the mobile app” below. This page states your refund windows in plain terms. The full terms are in our Terms of Service, which govern if anything here differs.
The BadMars voluntary guarantee — 2 days (48 hours)
A first one-off Landing purchase carries a voluntary 48-hour (2-day) full-refund guarantee, where the offer states it. The 2-day period begins as disclosed with the purchase. If the Panel taught you nothing, request a refund within that window and we return the amount in full. The guarantee applies once per eligible person, to a first one-off purchase; the Purchase Information sent with your order states the product covered, when the period begins, and how to claim.
If a guarantee refund is granted, deliverables tied solely to that purchase (downloads, shareable links) may be disabled and the purchase marked refunded in your account history.
Purchases made in the mobile app (App Store / Google Play)
Purchases made inside the BadMars mobile app are sold and processed by Apple or Google as merchant of record for that purchase, and any cash refund is executed by the store under its own policy and timelines — we cannot execute a store refund ourselves. Where a store-purchased first Landing is covered by the 48-hour guarantee above, we honour that guarantee as a BadMars Mission credit of equivalent value applied to your account, since the cash refund sits with the store. You may also request a refund directly through the store’s own process. The product-side effect of a granted guarantee claim (deliverables disabled, purchase marked refunded) is the same on either rail. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by which rail you purchased on.
Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in Romania or elsewhere in the EU/EEA, distance purchases may carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. Because BadMars supplies a digital analysis service, this right can be affected once performance begins — but only where the conditions set by law (your prior express request, the required acknowledgement, and durable-medium confirmation) are met. We do not treat delivery of a result, by itself, as automatically ending this right. The full detail is in the “Consumer withdrawal rights” section of the Terms of Service.
Subscriptions (Colony, Fleet, Armada)
You can cancel future renewal at any time through Paddle’s buyer portal or another method we make available; cancellation stops later renewals. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current paid period, except where these terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right still applies where the law grants it; using one feature during a subscription’s first day does not, by itself, count as full performance.
How to request a refund
Use the claim method stated in your Purchase Information, manage the purchase through Paddle’s buyer portal, or reach us through our contact page. For a guarantee claim, contact us within the 2-day window.
Your mandatory statutory rights are not reduced or replaced by the voluntary guarantee or by anything on this page.
