DECISION — CLOSED (owner ruling 2026-08-13; RO counsel confirmation 2026-08-14): no published phone. Two monitored channels — email + /contact form — provide rapid, direct and effective communication (CJEU C-298/07). RO counsel has confirmed (relayed by owner, 2026-08-14) that the monitored email + /contact form satisfies Law 365/2002 Art. 5(1)© without a published telephone. This supersedes the round-1 position (defensible at Directive level but not affirmatively cleared under the literal Art. 5(1)©) — do not re-open. (Art. 5 also requires service tariff/VAT disclosure — see “Prices and VAT” below.)

Prices and VAT

Current prices are listed on our pricing page and shown again at checkout. For EU consumers, displayed prices include applicable VAT; the exact tax and final total are shown before you place the order. Purchases are transacted by Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which calculates, charges, and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. See the Terms of Service for how the purchase relationship works.

Consumer protection (Romania)

For consumer matters, the competent national authority is the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) — website: anpc.ro.

Romanian consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) mechanism administered through ANPC. The current official SAL access route is the integrated SAL platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Nivobit Digital SRL does not make a general contractual commitment to participate in a particular optional SAL procedure except where participation is required by law or agreed in a specific dispute.

Governing law

Romanian law governs, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of an EU consumer’s country of residence, which always continue to apply. See the Terms of Service.
