BadMars — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your BadMars account and the data associated with it. BadMars is operated by Nivobit Digital SRL (Romania, EU).

Delete your account from inside the app

1. Sign in at www.badmars.com or open the BadMars app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE and re-entering your password.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you own a team or hold an active subscription, cancel or transfer it first — the app tells you when this applies.

If you can’t sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify that you own the account and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and profile — name, email, and sign-in details;
• every payload you submitted — your plans, decks, pasted text, and uploaded files;
• every Mission Report and Debrief conversation;
• your Programs, Missions, and Frog history;
• operational telemetry tied to you (usage, limits, sessions).

What is kept, and for how long

• Anonymised pattern records — coded, irreversibly de-identified statistics that no longer constitute personal data and are not linked to you. These remain after deletion.
• A pseudonymous anti-fraud marker — only if you previously received a guarantee refund. It is one-way-normalised, access-restricted, and auto-deleted up to 13 months after deletion, solely to stop the one-time guarantee being reset by deleting and signing up again.
• Records we must keep by law — invoices and transaction records required by tax and accounting rules, retained for the statutory period. Your payment details are held by our payment providers, never by BadMars.
