The Panel
The Panel is the bench of adversarial specialist personas — up to thirteen — that BadMars convenes on your plan, each attacking one failure domain.
What it means
Each seat is a distinct adversary with its own brief: the Hostile Investor attacks the money story, the Skeptical Customer the value, the Aggressive Competitor the moat, the Regulator the compliance path, and so on. Staffing is triage-assigned — your plan decides who shows up.
The Panel exists so a plan meets many hostile lenses at once, not one generalist. Breadth of attack is the point: the failure a single reviewer misses, another seat is built to catch.
